About our Chefs
Hello, I am Cammie, Co-Owner of Cultivate Kitchen Co.
I graduated from the Culinary Business Academy, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach and completed a certificate program at the Boulder School of Natural Cookery. The School of Natural Cookery focused on gluten-free, dairy free, vegan cooking, which helped me gain a broadened understanding of substitutions that can be made while cooking for families with sensitivities. Though not practicing, IIN taught me how food can be your medicine or your poison and what works for one family or one body will not work for everyone. I continue to work with clients as they navigate a new allergy diagnosis, general inflammation, heart disease and dietary overhauls. I continue to work with Nutritionists, Dietitians and Doctors to help their clients achieve success with food.
I have 2 boys and a wonderful partner who keep me busy when I'm not in the kitchen. I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, climbing, camping and spending time in the wonderful outdoors.

Whether you want to do better eating healthy whole meals or just spend less time in the kitchen, I’m here to help! I’ve spent hours perfecting recipes that are delicious for the entire family and flexible enough to allow for dietary adjustments.
After 17 years in corporate America, I decided to take the leap and follow my passion - food as medicine. Having been diagnosed with a number of health issues, I found food to be a powerful treatment tool and my desire to share whole healthy foods with the community began!
I specialize in a holistic approach with an in-depth understanding of many different food intolerances, eating styles and macro tracking. I'm a PN certified nutrition coach, health & wellness coach, cookbook author, personal chef and mom. In my free time I love riding my motorcycle, skiing, camping and weight lifting.
