Common questions

Pricing?

We've listed out a few sample menus complete with pricing.  This costing covers the BASIC PICK UP ONLY option.  Your items will be available in standard foil catering pans with lids and heating instructions if necessary.  If you'd like to elevate your service, have it delivered, have us set up, inquire about rental options, have us do a complete take down and provide staffing or do an in home event, simply send us an inquiry about your needs and we'll get back to you.  Basic delivery fees start at $50 and delivery and set up start at $125. These are based on mileage and complexity of event.

Is this all you offer?  

Absolutely not!  There is no way we could fit all of our menu offerings in one website!  For over 15 years, our chefs have been practicing in the field, creating deliciousness in the homes of our clients.  With our expansion into a commercial kitchen space and Cultivate, we are now able to offer pick up, delivery and off site catering for just about any occasion.  Want a customized menu?  It's our specialty!  

Do you offer bartenders?  Servers?

YES!  We have a slew of industry professionals we contract with to provide these services.  With our TIPS certifited bartenders, you are sure to get outstanding service for your guests. However, we do all things food and not alcohol.  We can provide custom curated specialty cocktail mixers but we are legally NOT allowed to provide or purchase any of the alcohol.  Our bartending rates start at $75/hr.

 

We also have servers available.  There is a 4 hours billed minimum for all of our servers and bartenders. 

I've never done this before - HELP!  

You're in good hands!!  We can walk you through the whole process.  Most of our clients come to us just wanting to enjoy their event or party while making sure their food is spectacular.  Budgets can run anywhere from $30-$125+ per person so coming to us with something in mind helps us know if we're the right fit for you and how we can scale our services to accommodate.

If we're in your home preparing, your kitchen is cleaned and reset 15 minutes before guest arrival.  If we're simply staging at your home, we do require an area to do so - whether that's a garage, pantry area, or outside, we need access to running water and electricity.

We can even stay through your service and tidy, leaving you with minimal clean up the next day.  This is part of our encore package and something hosts RAVE about the next day.  

Will I have to assemble things?  

If you opt for our basic pick up service, there are some items that are best when fresh and you'll be sent with assembly instructions where we aim to make it as easy as possible.  If you'd like us to deliver and set up, then nope!  We take care of all of that for you.  

Are there minimums?  

Yes we do have minimums for our catering events.  For food and beverage for an in home service, our minimum is $1500.  This does not include rentals, labor, etc.

If you are wanting something simpler for a drop off event, please inquire.  Our pricing minimums are $750 for these services.

All labor has a minimum of 4 hours billed per bartender/server.  

What other fees are there for catering?  

We have a variety of payment methods available.  If you choose to pay with a credit card, there is a 3% processing fee.

There is also an administrative fee of 7.5% added to ALL catering events.  This is not a gratuity and is not shared amongst staff.

Local sales tax will be applicable to all events.
