Need something right away? Come check out our grab and go fridge. We keep it stocked with a rotating assortment of delicous single serving meals and snacks. Need something bigger? Give us a call! We can probably make you something that fits your needs on the fly.

Preordering Prepared Meals

Something for Everyone Menu

We believe in food inclusivity, which is why this menu has something for everyone. Carnivore to omnivore, gluten, dairy free and vegan options will all be found here. Place an order between Sunday and Saturday for a single or 4 serving meal, select delivery or pickup, and your food will be ready for pick up or delivery on the Tuesday of the following week.

Tracking your macros? Want a more protein heavy option? This menu is great for you! Curated by a PN1 nutrition coach to have at least 30 grams of protein per serving and between 400-500 calories per serving. Order between Sunday and Wednesday and pick up or have delivered to you on Friday. We also deliver this menu to multiple local gyms for on site pickup.

We are the best kept secret that you'll want to shout from the roof tops about. Nestled in the back of The Corner building in Downtown Louisville, we occupy a funky little converted loading dock space.

Our grab and go fridge is stocked with constantly changing single serving deliciousness as well as goods from our partnerships with Hävenly Baked, Bella Macaron, and Dead Stop Coffee.

Come grab some healthy and local goodies and head out, or take a load off on our plant filled patio.
