Upgrade your nightly dinner rotation and come learn how to create hand made pasta dough from scratch!!! Chef Albany brings back her lessons from teaching in Italy to the states for this immersive class experience. We will review the standard pasta dough in order to create a variety of pasta shapes and applications. Menu: Winter Caprese Salad, Homemade Hand Cut Pappardelle with Pistachio Pesto & Classic Pomodoro Sauce, Italian Panna Cotta

All of our classes are BYOB so feel free to bring your favorite bottle of vino to finish the event!
