About the event
Prepare your aprons and get your hands ready to roll for this fresh pasta lesson from Chef Albany!!! Our chef brings back her lessons from teaching in Italy to the states for this immersive class experience. We will review a classic pasta dough recipe that we will then transform into Tagliatelle while our Tiramisu rests and we prepare our other dishes. Once our lesson is complete and dinner is ready, guests are invited to move to the front of our kitchen so candle lit dinner.
Menu: Sun Dried Tomato & Fresh Parmesan Arugula Salad, Homemade Tagliatelle Pasta with a Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce, Grilled Italian Flank Steak/Portabello, Classic Tiramisu
