Prepare your aprons and get your hands ready to roll for this fresh pasta lesson from Chef Cammie!!! This fun and pink themed class will benefit a local nonprofit to help with the newly diagnosed breast cancer patients on their journey with a portion of the proceeds being donated.
We will learn about infusing some color into a class egg based pasta dough. We then to get to roll it out and shape it into whatever strikes our fancy! From spaghetti to farfalle - your heart will pick the shape. We will also learn how to make a Raspberry & Basil Vinaigrette to pair with our spinach and feta salad as well as a special dessert provided by our own local rockstar, Pretty Little Pastries Co.!
