About the event
This Kitchen Basics class is all about building real confidence in the kitchen. We’ll cook a chopped vegetable salad, an easy focaccia, and a hearty vegetable soup while focusing on knife skills, seasoning, and how to actually make food taste good. It’s hands-on, relaxed, and meant to give you tools you’ll use every time you cook, not just one night.
Menu: Chopped Vegetable Salad with an simple Citrus Vinaigrette, Easy Focaccia, Hearty
Vegetable Soup, Balsamic macerated berries with fresh whipped cream

This event is BYOB so feel free to bring along your favorite beverage of choice. Mocktails will be provided.
