Step into a thoughtfully curated, hands-on experience led by Chef/Owner Katrina, where you’ll learn to craft a beautifully styled charcuterie board using local, artisan, and specialty ingredients. Designed with both flavor and presentation in mind, this class will guide you through pairing cheeses and cured meats with seasonal accompaniments to create a spread that feels as inviting as it is elevated.
You’ll learn signature styling techniques—like forming delicate salami roses and creatively cutting and arranging cheeses—to add texture, movement, and visual interest to your board. Along the way, we’ll share tips on balance, composition, and sourcing so you can confidently recreate the experience for gatherings, gifting, or everyday enjoyment.
Each guest will build their own signature board (feeds 4-6) on a wooden serving board—yours to keep—making it easy to bring a touch of artisan craftsmanship into your home.
